Idle bearing plate assembly (Mopit 4 & 4.5)

The Mopit 4 idle bearing plate assembly comes fully assembled with the idle bearing hub.

This is only for use on the models that have the big bumper wheel on the brush hood.  Some Mopit 4's have the old style brush hood that does not have a bumper wheel.  All Mopit 4.5's can use this plate.
