Standard Warranty Coverage
New Machines:
- 1-Year Warranty: Every new machine is backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering all parts except the squeegee and brush. Labor is included if you ship your Mopit back to us. The customer is responsible for S&H.
Refurbished Models:
- 90-Day Warranty: Refurbished machines come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering all parts except the squeegee and brush. Labor is included if you ship your Mopit back to us. The customer is responsible for S&H.
Extended Warranty Options
For those seeking additional protection, we offer the option to select an extended warranty for your purchase, replacing the standard warranty period with a longer term of coverage.
New Machines:
- 2-Year Extended Warranty: Customers can opt for a 2-year extended warranty from the date of purchase, in place of the standard 1-year warranty.
Refurbished Models:
- 1-Year Extended Warranty: Alternatively, customers can choose a 1-year extended warranty for refurbished models, replacing the standard 90-day warranty.
What is Covered

What is Not Covered
The warranty specifically excludes normal wear items, such as:
- Squeegees
- Squeegee wheels
- Brushes
These items are subject to normal wear and tear through use and are not covered under the warranty.
