We recommend our Mopit Floor Cleaner Pouches that are premeasured for 1 full tank.
You can also use any other low sudsing chemical that has a neutral pH level of around 6–8.
DO NOT USE ANYTHING CONTAINING BLEACH IN THE CLEAN WATER SYSTEM.
We recommend every 4–6 weeks with regular use.

We recommend replacing the brush once a year with regular use.
Please refer to the Brush Replacement video.
Your squeegee wheels need to be replaced if the white wheel wears off and it is just riding on the silver bearing.
We recommend replacing the white squeegee wheels every 6–12 months or as needed.
You can purchase replacement wheels here.
We recommend cleaning these filters at least once a month.

We recommend replacing the idle bearing hub once a year.

Replace as needed.
When they need to be replaced, they will make a squeaking sound or loud metallic noise down by the brush.

It could be a couple things.
Blockage in one of the hoses, a disconnected hose, or loose caps.
It could also be a clogged vacuum filter, a worn out squeegee, or missing squeegee wheels.

It could be that the water shut off valve in the back of the machine is turned off, it could also be a clogged clean water filter or drip tubes.
It could also be a stuck solenoid valve or bad switch.

It could be a lot of debri that is stuck in the brush, that the drive belt has fallen off, possibly a bad brush motor, or bad switch.

It could be that the battery has tripped its limit switch and needs a battery reset.
It is possible that the battery and/or charger needs to be replaced.

We recommend deep cleaning the top tank and filter at least once a month.
