What is included in my lease agreement?

All chemicals, maintenance parts, and all parts needed to keep your machine running up to a full machine replacement any time you wish. All you pay is the shipping & handling! Please use the Supplies Order Form to order more.

What chemical can I use in my machine?

We recommend our Mopit Floor Cleaner Pouches that are premeasured for 1 full tank. You can also use any other low sudsing chemical that has a neutral pH level of around 6–8. DO NOT USE ANYTHING CONTAINING BLEACH IN THE CLEAN WATER SYSTEM.

When do I need to change my squeegee?

We recommend every 4–6 weeks with regular use. Please refer to the Squeegee Blade Replacement video.

When should I replace my brush?

We recommend replacing the brush once a year with regular use. Please refer to the Brush Replacement video.

When should I replace my white squeegee wheels?

Your squeegee wheels need to be replaced if the white wheel wears off and it is just riding on the silver bearing. We recommend replacing the white squeegee wheels every 6–12 months or as needed. You can purchase replacement wheels here.

How often should I clean the vacuum filter & fresh water filter?

We recommend cleaning these filters at least once a month. Please refer to the Cleaning and Deodorizing video on how to clean the vacuum filter. Please refer to the Fresh Water Filter Cleaning video on how to clean the fresh water filter.

How often should I replace the idle bearing hub?

We recommend replacing the idle bearing hub once a year. Please refer to the Idle Bearing Replacement video.

How often should I replace the drive bearings?

Replace as needed. When they need to be replaced, they will make a squeaking sound or loud metallic noise down by the brush. Please refer to the Drive Bearing Replacement video.

My machine does not pick up water like it used to; what can be the issue?

It could be a couple things. Blockage in one of the hoses, a disconnected hose, or loose caps. It could also be a clogged vacuum filter, a worn out squeegee, or missing squeegee wheels. Please refer to the Mopit Mid Suction Troubleshooting video.

My machine does not dispense water; what could be the issue?

It could be that the water shut off valve in the back of the machine is turned off, it could also be a clogged clean water filter or drip tubes. It could also be a stuck solenoid valve or bad switch. Please refer to the Mopit Mid Water System Troubleshooting video,

My machine's brush does not work; what could be the issue?

It could be a lot of debri that is stuck in the brush, that the drive belt has fallen off, possibly a bad brush motor, or bad switch. Please refer to the Mopit Brush System Troubleshooting video.

My machine does not turn on at all; what could be the issue?

It could be that the battery has tripped its limit switch and needs a battery reset. It is possible that the battery and/or charger needs to be replaced. Please refer to the Mopit Battery Reset video.

My machine has a very bad odor; what can I do to resolve it?

We recommend deep cleaning the top tank and filter at least once a month. Please refer to the How to Clean Your Machine video. We also have a cleaning chemical that helps with odors called our Deodorizer .
