What is included in my Lease agreement?

All chemicals, Maintenance parts, and all parts needed to keep your machine running up to a full machine replacement any time you wish. All you pay is the shipping & Handling! Supplies Order Form

What chemical can I use in my machine?

We recommend our Mopit floor cleaner pouches that are premeasured for 1 full tank. You can also use any other chemical that has a neutral pH level of around 6–8.

When does your squeegee need to be replaced?

We recommend every 4–6 weeks with regular use.

When should I replace my brush?

We recommend replacing the brush once a year with regular use.

When should I replace my white squeegee wheels?

We recommend replacing the white squeegee wheels every 6–12 months or as needed.

How often should I clean the vacuum filter & fresh water filter?

We recommend cleaning these filters at least once a month.

How often should I replace the idle bearing hub?

We recommend replacing the idle bearing hub once a year.

How often should I replace the drive bearings?

Replace as needed. When they need to be replaced they will make a squeaking sound or loud metallic noise down by the brush.

My machine does not pick up water like it used to; what can be the issue?

We recommend deep cleaning the top tank and filter at least once a month. How to Clean Your Machine We also have a cleaning chemical that helps with odors called our Mopit Fresh.
