Introducing the Mopit Mid (Gen 2), our newly rebranded and improved version of the Mopit Mid. While it retains the reliability you’ve come to expect, the Mopit Mid (Gen 2) features notable enhancements, including re-location of the fill port for easy filling, a larger clean out port for easy cleaning and maintenance, and an upgraded top plate with single operating knob and solution button. We have added a sound-dampening vacuum muffler design makes it 4 decibels quieter than its predecessor. Enjoy the same dependable performance—with a little extra efficiency and comfort.

Water Recovery System

• Quieter Operation: Adding a foam muffler insert and surrounding it with noise-dampening plastic tanks, we’ve minimized the source of the loudest operational noise.
• Water Fill and Gauge Location: We have re-located the fill port to the rear of the machine next to the fill gauge so that you can see immediately how much water you need to put into the machine.
  
• Larger Clean Out Port: We have increased the size of the clean out port on the front of the machine for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Battery & Charging System

• Longer Battery Life: After rigorous testing, we identified a lithium battery that offers 2–3 times the lifespan of standard gel lead-acid batteries—at 75% less cost than the lithium option from Tennant.
• Lighter Weight: Enhanced molding of the outer shell has decreased the Mopit Mid (Gen 2's) overall weight to just 87.5 lbs., compared to 93 lbs. on the previous generation.

Water Delivery & Brush System

• Better Cleaning Performance: A 16" brush (one inch longer than the Mopit 5) with stiffer, more numerous bristles delivers deeper scrubbing power.
• Upgraded Dash Plate: The dash plate is now improved with a single knob to control the vacuum motor and brush. An added "Solution" button provides easy accessibility to turn on/off solution dispersion. 
  
• Corrosion-Resistant Solenoid: The waterproof design eliminates the main cause of solenoid failure. Tool-free water line removal and an easy-to-replace diaphragm make maintenance simple.
• Longer Brush Motor Life: Exhaust from the vacuum motor cools the brush motor, extending its operating life.

Maintenance

• Clear Training Resources: In addition to our website and YouTube channel packed with videos, we’ve placed training and maintenance instructions on the Mopit Mid (Gen 2's) back panel for quick reference.
• Tool-Free Maintenance: Brush, squeegee blades, battery, belt cover, fresh water filter, and handlebar adjustments can all be handled without tools.
• Easy Access Layout: Release the 4 side latches lift off the top section, granting immediate access to all mechanical components below.
  

Warranty & Support

We provide a one-year parts and labor warranty that covers everything except the brush, squeegee blades, and shipping. While on-site service isn’t offered, labor is covered if you ship or bring your machine to us. Most repairs are easily performed in-house using our comprehensive video library.
