This is a stainless steel spring hinge that attaches to the transport/caster wheel pedal on the Mopit mini.
The tension of the spring in the hinge can be easily adjusted using a 5/32" allen wrench. Twist to the right to tighten, and twist in and to the left to loosen the tension on the hinge.
